About This Collection

Johanna Ho AW11 is all about textures. As knitwear has always been Johanna’s fashion’s first love, her winter collection is all about playing with different knit textures. And as a lover of all things vintage, jersey fabrics are digitally printed with old vintage patterns which dates back to the 1950s and 60s. Like always, Johanna’s designs are about mixing old and modern (e.g. using old vintage prints and patterns and putting them on sporty sweatshirting jerseys); the style is always Johanna, happy, fun, girly/feminine yet edgy and cool.

There is also a continuation of eco-awareness in Johanna’s designs. This also is what Johanna’s design beliefs are, not only be eco-friendly, but to use eco yarns and zero wastage techniques in her designs as well as being socially responsible using factories which employ underprivileged people or villages in China that need to work to sustain their crafts and livelihood.
